Interim Network Management
HMR provides on-site executive leadership and management for new physician networks we are building and for networks that we are re-engineering, either on a full-time or part-time basis. Clients often retain our expertise as a change agent, particularly in situations where networks must be re-engineered or when there have been changes in executive management. Ultimately, our role is to serve as agents of positive change, stabilize the physician group, create an infrastructure development plan and recruit in-house executive leadership when the time is right; we serve as a bridge to success, not a permanent leadership solution.
